The application process involves stirring the Polycrylic Finish well before and during use, as shaking is not recommended. A thin coat should be applied using a high-quality synthetic bristle brush, following the grain direction. After at least 2 hours of drying, the surface should be lightly sanded with fine (220 grit) sandpaper to ensure an even finish and proper adhesion of additional coats. Steel wool should not be used, and all dust must be removed before applying the next coat.

For optimal protection and appearance, three coats are recommended, with the necessary sanding and dust removal steps between each application. After the final coat, the surface should be allowed to dry for 3 hours before light handling and 24 hours before normal use.
